Error Messages:

504 Gateway Time-Out ("Oops Something Went Wrong"):

If you're experiencing difficulty connecting your Instagram account, and you come across a message that says "504 Gateway Time-Out" or "Oops Something Went Wrong", it might be related to Instagram's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process. We've noticed that some users have had success connecting to Instagram after briefly disabling 2FA.

This issue is with Instagram's handling of the 2FA flow, not with Timehop directly.

If you're being redirected to your feed instead of the connection page when trying to connect to Instagram, you may want to try disabling 2FA for Instagram and then retry the connection process with Timehop. Once your Instagram account is connected, you can then re-enable 2FA for added security.
