- Make sure you are using the latest version of the Timehop app
 - Ensure you can log in to Facebook using the Safari browser
  
- Open the Safari app
 - Navigate to facebbook.com/login.
 - If you are already logged in, log out or enable private browsing
 - Attempt to log in by entering your username and password
 - If you are unable to log in, you can find additional help at facebook.com/help
 
 - Clear your cookies and try again
 - Reopen the Timehop app and attempt to connect your Facebook account
 
Issues Connecting Your Facebook Account on Android:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the Timehop app installed on your device.
 - Log in to your Facebook account using the web browser on your Android device (e.g., Chrome).
  
- Open the web browser app.
 - Navigate to facebook.com/login.
 - Enter your username and password to log in.
 - If you encounter login issues, refer to facebook.com/help for additional assistance.
 
 - Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  
- Open the browser settings.
 - Find the option to clear browsing data, which may be located under Privacy or History.
 - Select the option to clear cookies and site data.
 
 - Reopen the Timehop app and attempt to connect your Facebook account.
